Threads That Knit
Newly commissioned work by Joy Koh.

Artwork Inspiration
Joy shares what everyday life in modern Singapore looks like to her. She captures familiar sights such as our colourful HDBs, neighbours chatting over morning kopis, families gathering, and the common spaces we love to hang out in, like void decks and playgrounds. The little moments that knit the city together. Through these scenes, Joy hopes to capture the sense of community and respect that allows people from different cultures to live and thrive together. By bringing these moments together, she celebrates Singapore’s diversity and the connections that make our home feel alive and united.
