Jun Kai shares his vision of Singapore’s future, a city that keeps growing, thriving, and buzzing with energy. He imagines technology being used smartly, together with sustainable practices, so that Singapore can flourish for generations to come. By transforming familiar sights into a playful, forward-looking city, Jun Kai hopes to celebrate a Singapore that is full of life, innovation, and care for the future.
Artist Profile
Koh Jun Kai (b.2004) better known as JK, is a young artist on the autism spectrum, working across both Digital and Fine Arts. He is currently part of the Artist-in-Training (AIT) programme at ART:DIS Singapore, where he continues to grow and refine his creative voice.
As a child, JK faced challenges with auditory hypersensitivity, which made everyday life overwhelming. During those difficult times, art became his refuge , a calming outlet that offered comfort, focus, and self-expression.
Today, art remains a meaningful part of JK’s journey, giving him confidence and purpose. Through his creations, JK hopes to spread awareness and promote acceptance, showing that everyone has the power to create something beautiful and inspiring — no matter their challenges.
